Payment Policy

Registrations can only be confirmed upon receipt of payment or proof of payment and discounted fees will only apply when payment is received within the offer period. If payment is not received before the conference, delegates will be asked to guarantee payment at registration with a personal credit card. Late payments made after the conference will be subject to an additional 10% administration fee.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing prior to January 5, 2025, for a full refund less a 10% administration fee. Registrants who cancel after that date or fail to attend will be charged the full rate. You may, if you wish, send a substitute. In the unlikely event this conference has to be cancelled for reasons beyond control of the Organizers (Port Tampa Bay, Steel Market Update and CRU), neither the Organizers, nor its employees accept responsibility for travel and/or accommodation fees incurred due to cancellation. Therefore, it is recommended that you arrange for the appropriate travel insurance coverage.
